About the role
- The Post-Doctoral Fellow provides behavioral health services to patients at JPCHC, including individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and psychological assessment.
- The Fellow works full-time on site and participates in a comprehensive training experience under the supervision of a licensed Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP).
- In addition to clinical care, the Fellow contributes to supervision of practicum-level trainees, staff education, organizational consultation, and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an organizational consultation project with guidance from the HSPP supervisor and Practice Manager.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical pathways, quality assurance, utilization review, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited or equivalent program.
- Ability to practice under supervision of a licensed HSPP.
- Experience providing psychotherapy and assessment services in outpatient or integrated care settings.
- Eligibility for Post-Doctoral Fellowship hours toward licensure.
- Interest in community health, underserved populations, and integrated behavioral health.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Compensation
- Prepare and present 2–3 didactic trainings annually for trainees or JPCHC staff on topics related to behavioral health, integrated care, and patient services.
