  • Position Summary: Mentoring Alliance is seeking a Director of After School to lead After School to provide day-to-day leadership for our program staff and to oversee all elements of the After School program.
  • Staff Leadership: Provides day-to-day leadership for After School leaders including recruiting, hiring, developing, disciplining, and terminating when necessary.
  • Strategic Partnerships/Community Engagement: Builds and maintains relationships with community partners to advance the mission of Mentoring Alliance and staff recruitment.
  • Community partners may include local churches, colleges, universities, school districts, and parents.
