Drive Business Transformation & AI-Enabled Automation
Lead end-to-end process modernization initiatives using automation, AI, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to design future-state solutions that improve user experience and operational effectiveness.
Deliver Customer-Obsessed Solutions
Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding stakeholder needs and designing solutions that simplify experiences and drive measurable outcomes.
Build scalable tools, systems, and operating models that enable faster decision-making and increase organizational agility.
Lead Program Execution & Cross-Functional Delivery
Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation while balancing speed, quality, compliance, and stakeholder expectations.
Develop roadmaps, success metrics, and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of strategic priorities.
Influence partners across Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Tax, Trade, Operations, and Accounting to align on outcomes and remove execution barriers.

Required/minimum qualifications
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
Excellent customer and stakeholder focus with a track record of designing solutions that improve business outcomes, user experience, and speed of execution.
Experience leading enterprise systems transformation, business architecture, ERP implementations, or platform modernization initiatives.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technical challenges into actionable solutions.
