About the role
- Title: Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) Location: Denver, CO We help homeowners restore their homes and peace of mind after unexpected damage.
- Job Duties Emergency Recovery Coordinators (ERCs) work directly with property owners after fire, water, or other emergency damage to assess needs and help start the restoration process.
- This role is on-call and reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and resources to property owners after emergency events
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community
- Meet sales goals and support program growth

- Maintain required certifications and follow company standards
