Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in leading software engineering teams in a technology company, and 8+ years of related experience
- Ability to coach and mentor engineers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers
- Hands-on experience with high-level design and familiarity with best practices and design patterns
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
