Our immersive, award-winning locations (Fig Bars) offer an innovative range of 30-minute, technology-driven facial treatments and medical aesthetics injections alongside a curated assortment of skincare products.
Role description The Floor Manager is essential to the success of our service-meets-retail Fig Bars, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations, both front and back-of-house.
You will also be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, adhering to protocols, and educating team members and guests to promote skin confidence and uphold brand standards.

In this role, you will support the Fig Bar Manager in overseeing operations while primarily focusing on driving product sales performance, reviewing metrics, and coaching the team to improve productivity.
Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and make every interaction feel personal and inclusive.
Anticipate guest needs, resolve questions, manage guest escalations, and create a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with Skin Educators to encourage follow-up treatments and recommend at-home skincare solutions aligned with guest needs and goals.
Support team attendance by monitoring schedules and helping maintain staffing levels to meet operational needs.
