About the role
- Our team is strong on UX - we know how the product should work.
- This role is about how it looks, feels, and communicates: typography, color, layout, iconography, data visualization, and the visual system that ties it all together.
Responsibilities
- 7AI is building the Operating System for the SOC - an Agentic Security Platform where AI agents investigate and triage security alerts, so security teams get their time back for the work that needs a person.
- We're growing our in-house design team and looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our team of designers and lead the visual side of the product.
- Own and evolve the visual language of 7AI's Agentic Security Platform with an eye for clean, legible interfaces on technical, data-heavy surfaces
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, or product design with a strong visual focus
- Experience designing for complex, data-rich products
- High proficiency in Figma
- Comfort giving direction and feedback to other designers on visual craft
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
Nice to have
- Experience designing for security, infrastructure, or other technical B2B products
