About the role
- This is a high-ownership role for a product-minded designer who wants to define the look, feel, and function of a category-defining product.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire design process, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Establish and own Lance's design system, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and advocate for the user.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to bridge the gap between design and front-end implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
- Experience in product design, with a focus on complex B2B SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Deep expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions.
Requirements
- A world-class portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX, visual design, and product thinking is required.
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for solving complex problems.
- you are comfortable moving fast and creating structure where it doesn't exist.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React) is a major plus.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $160,000 Cash, Equity, Bonus
