- Job Details Oversees the Jefferson Moss-Magee Admissions to Inpatient Rehabilitation including oversight of patient admissions, referral management, intake coordination and census development.
- The Director ensures efficient patient access, regulatory compliance, strong referral relationships, and achievement of organizational growth objectives while maintaining high standards of patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized admission workflows and best practices
- Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with referral sources to facilitate timely transition of care to inpatient rehabilitation.
- Design, write, and implement corporate policies that ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and standardize operational workflows.
- Actively identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall profitability.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in administrative role, intake, or business development
Nice to have
- Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
