- Job Description The Supervisor Section 8 Compliance plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of voucher and special claims processing for all subsidy-related programs.
Requirements
- Associates degree from an accredited institution or work experience, specifically with HUD Handbook 4350.3 REV-1.
- In-depth knowledge of HUD regulations and policies
- AHM certification or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in staff supervision, coaching, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas of improvement.
- Relevant experience (3-6 years)
- Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) or equivalent - Quadel or equivalent, Associate of Science, Capacity to training and teach., Decision Making/Problem Solving, Dependability, Equivalent relevant experience (5-7 years), Evaluate Employee Performance, Job Knowledge, Planning and Organization, Work Habits/Time Management
