- Your role will involve coordinating project activities, managing documentation, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.
- Financial Analysis: Support budget management and conduct financial reviews to ensure project adherence to financial goals.
- Attributes: Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel to projects as needed.
- Thompson Thrift uses AI-assisted tools within our applicant tracking system to support parts of the recruiting process.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or related field is required.

- Colorado Pay Range
- $60,000 - $75,000 USD
