- We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Tax Investigator Caller to join our growing team in Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Tax Professionals and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions
- Maintain detailed, organized records using Google Docs and Google Sheets
- In this role, you'll be the voice of our company - contacting the IRS on behalf of clients, gathering critical information, and working alongside experienced tax professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a PTIN and CAF number upon hire (we'll walk you through the process)
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- No prior tax experience required.
