About the role

The Atlassian Application Architect & Administrator III is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of Atlassian tools, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
A key responsibility will be to continuously assess and improve processes to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps will also be essential.

You will identify areas for improvement, develop improvement plans, and lead their implementation.
Additionally, you will support collaboration with external vendors and service providers to define contracted services and ensure they meet the agreed-upon requirements of the business.

Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience).
Typically 5+ years of related experience.
Proficiency in software environments and upgrades.

Experience with cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Proficiency in Atlassian automation tools
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
An active U.S. TS/SCI clearance is preferred

$105,929.00 - $145,673.00
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
