Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with USP guidelines, Board of Pharmacy regulations, and company policies.
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by pharmacy leadership.
- Pharmacists support operations across multiple schedules, including weekdays and weekends.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Active Arizona Pharmacist license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure.
- Knowledge of non-sterile and sterile compounding principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Compensation
- Schedule: Shifts are based on business needs and may vary.
- Pharmacists support operations across multiple schedules, including weekdays and weekends.
- Morning Shift: As early as 5:00 AM
- Evening Shift: Until 10:00 PM
- Weekend Hours: Between 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
