Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and optimize supply planning strategies and inventory levels to meet ambitious service targets.
- Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to Management, HQ Supply partners, and Local Brand partners (including Marketing, Sales and Finance), driving performance metrics such as OTIF, Service Level Fulfillment, Presence Rate, and Cuts.
- Handle replenishment via DRP on weekly basis, Organize and Animate weekly and monthly routines with Local and HQ partners, including S&OP.
- Drive flawless execution of new product launches, translating allocation plans forecasted into actionable supply strategies.
- Lead the coordination of novelty projects, ensuring right execution with local and central stakeholders.
- Implement actions to mitigate obsolescence risks.
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of translating complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Proven experience with Power BI or other robust data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (AX) and advanced planning systems (Anaplan) is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or related quantitative field.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related quantitative field is a plus.
- Fluency or working knowledge of French is a plus.
- Unwavering ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and sound judgment.
Compensation
- $110k-$125k

- You will be accountable for maintaining robust inventory health, implementing proactive strategies, and leading initiatives that optimize stock quality and minimize financial impact.
- Champion inventory health, actively managing overstock, Days of Inventory/Coverage (DOI/DOC), and identifying unneeded inventory.
- Lead monthly Stock Reviews, projecting inventory levels and reporting projections, risks, and opportunities to Finance to master P&L impact.
