About the role

  • We're looking for a Social Content Creator with serious creative chops and a strong strategic instinct.
  • Someone who can look at what's happening in culture, in the industry, and in the feed and turn it into dynamic social content that makes Concentrix impossible to scroll past.
  • This isn't about managing channels or scheduling posts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content ideas and creative concepts that reflect a challenger brand perspective, not a corporate one
  • Collaborate with content creators and the wider social team to brief, shape, and elevate execution
  • Comfortable contributing to strategy without needing to own it; you bring ideas and POV, not just execution
  • We challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW.

Requirements

  • The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is $ 79,200.00 - $ 88,000.00 USD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
