About the role

We're looking for a Social Content Creator with serious creative chops and a strong strategic instinct.
Someone who can look at what's happening in culture, in the industry, and in the feed and turn it into dynamic social content that makes Concentrix impossible to scroll past.
This isn't about managing channels or scheduling posts.

Develop content ideas and creative concepts that reflect a challenger brand perspective, not a corporate one
Collaborate with content creators and the wider social team to brief, shape, and elevate execution
We challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW.
Comfortable contributing to strategy without needing to own it; you bring ideas and POV, not just execution

The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.

4-5+ years in social content, creative social, or content production, ideally with agency experience or a background that has spanned both strategy and hands-on creative
Someone who lives in the social feed and knows instinctively what makes content cut through, across B2B and culture

The base salary range for this position is $ 70,400.00 - $ 79,200.00 USD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
