Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of one to three Senior Accountants, with a focus on professional development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage international statutory audits across multiple global regions.
  • Oversee and support the company's global transfer pricing policy.
  • Manage technical accounting for the company's global lease portfolio, including real estate and equipment leases.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, strengthen compliance, and support operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, are required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant accounting and tax experience, including at least 2 years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or LeaseCalcs a plus.

Compensation

  • Preparing U.S. corporate income tax support and partnering with external tax providers for annual filings.
  • Managing the execution of corporate income tax payments related to annual returns, estimated payments, and extensions.
  • Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
  • National Pay Range
  • $115,000 - $120,000 USD
