Responsibilities
- Monitor associates' production standards and partner with Supervisor to ensure customer compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
- Maintain daily attendance of associates, including timeclock adherence
- Ability to manage daily and responsive communication via virtual platforms, such as email and Slack
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years Distribution/Warehouse experience in a fast paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to effectively articulate and motivate peers to achieve a common goal.
- Must be able to work overtime, on holidays and weekends.
Nice to have
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Suites, Microsoft Office
- experience with WMS systems a plus
Compensation
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
