Requirements
- ability to solve real problems in a variety of different departments across the organization
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini, n8n, etc.), automations, agents, or workflows
- Process redesign experience
- SQL / Python / no-code automation tools
- Experience leading change initiatives

- Strong problem-solver with analytical thinking
- Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
- Continuously curious about AI and emerging technologies
