About the role

You will help shape a high-growth, high-impact organization by hiring the people engineering the future of space security.
This is a 6-month temp-to-hire opportunity located in our Denver, CO office.
This position will be open until it is successfully filled.

Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes

0-2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems i.e. Greenhouse)
Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets
On an average week, you can expect to spend at least 4 days per week in office at our GravityWorks factory in Centennial, CO.
Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
