Responsibilities
- We collaborate to work smarter, while making a difference.
- In this client-facing role, you collaborate with government stakeholders and internal technical teams to translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
- You will own the product lifecycle from onboarding through enhancements, contract lifecycle support, and long-term growth strategy.
- Partner with state government clients to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into product deliverables
- Develop and maintain product documentation aligned to client needs, regulatory expectations, and system capabilities
- Drive fraud prevention enhancements, including solutions such as out-of-state transaction controls
- Build deep product knowledge to confidently represent system capabilities and constraints to clients
- Develop cost estimates for implementations, including resource planning, margins, and operational considerations
- Support contract lifecycle activities, including renewal readiness, competitive bidding inputs, and long-term product strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver system enhancements that support state-to-state program requirements
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product management within payments, financial services, or regulated industries
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear business and technical documentation
- Experience with product implementation, onboarding, and lifecycle management
- Practical experience in cost estimation, including coordination across technical and operational teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Experience working with government programs or public sector clients
- Knowledge of fraud prevention practices within payment systems
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, including renewals and bidding processes
- Experience collaborating closely with software development and engineering teams
- Strong financial acumen related to product cost structures and margin considerations
