About the role

  • We're looking for a Product Manager, Mobile In-App Solutions to take full ownership of our mobile in-app product line.
  • This isn't a "write PRDs and wait" kind of PM role-this is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-in-the-data, ship-fast-and-iterate position for someone who lives and breathes mobile app monetization.
  • Someone who won't rest until in-app wins.

Responsibilities

  • You'll own the product roadmap, the KPIs, the go-to-market strategy, and the outcomes.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Ad Ops, Sales, and our publisher partners to build solutions that drive real revenue.
  • If you've spent years in the trenches of mobile ad tech-especially in gaming-and you're ready to build something from the ground up, this is your opportunity.
  • Drive Product KPIs: Define, track, and be accountable for the metrics that matter-adoption, revenue impact, SDK performance, and publisher satisfaction
  • Go to Market: Lead product launches from positioning and messaging through enablement, working closely with Sales and Marketing to drive adoption
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate daily with Engineering, Ad Ops, and Design to translate publisher needs into shippable solutions-and get them out the door fast
  • Engage Directly with Publishers: Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and build relationships with mobile app publishers (especially in gaming) to ensure product-market fit
  • Build for Scale: Design products and processes that can grow with our ambitions-think automation, self-service, and operational efficiency

Nice to have

  • Experience with Prebid Mobile or open-source bidding solutions
  • Background working at a mobile gaming studio, ad network, SSP, or SDK provider
  • Familiarity with publisher ad ops workflows and Google Ad Manager
  • Experience with product-led growth strategies and self-service product design
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Skills

  • Highly technical-comfortable reading documentation, understanding SDK architectures, and speaking fluently with engineers
  • Strong data analysis skills; you're comfortable in SQL, analytics tools, and making decisions backed by numbers
  • Experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communicator-you can translate complex technical concepts for any audience and rally teams around a vision
  • Exceptionally organized-you juggle competing priorities without dropping balls and keep cross-functional teams aligned
