About the role

We're looking for an Associate Creative Director to evolve and elevate the Elastic brand.
This role blends creative strategy with operational excellence.

Lead and mentor an in-house team of designers and video creatives.
Build efficient creative processes that help the team move faster without sacrificing quality.
Partner closely with marketing, product, executives, and agencies to deliver strategic creative.
Manage relationships with external creative agencies and media partners to ensure high-quality execution of deliverables

This role does not have a variable compensation component.
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.
