About the role
- We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance the Salesforce platform for our IDR Team.
- This role will work closely with team leadership and users to gather business requirements, improve processes through automation, troubleshoot platform issues, and help deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands-on Salesforce administration experience, expertise with Flow automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Manage users, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, validation rules, record types, and security settings.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Lightning applications and features.
- Support system performance, data integrity, and platform usability.
- Requirements Gathering & Business Support
- Document workflows, business processes, and system enhancements.
- Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and declarative automations.
- Support ongoing optimization of team workflows and business operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business users.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

- $110,000 - $145,000 USD

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and process improvements.
- Provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system issues, user-reported problems, and automation failures.
- Provide timely support and resolution for Salesforce-related requests.
- Assist users with reporting, dashboards, and general platform usage.
- Deliver user training and help drive Salesforce adoption within the team.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and business users.
- Assist with ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and overall system hygiene.
- Support data imports, updates, and cleanup initiatives.
