About the role

  • This revenue growth will span a multitude of channels, with Growth Associates supporting both new catering growth and alternative revenue exploration projects alike.
  • This is a hybrid position that will require you to work on-site at our restaurants, traveling across the Northeast region on a weekly basis.
  • The Growth Associate's success will be determined by incremental, attributable revenue growth, brought to life through the process of identifying and executing on promising new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Dig Inn's sales channels by building, maintaining, nurturing and managing relationships across different verticals and market opportunities.
  • Drive specific KPIs through day to day management to support the business's long term growth initiatives.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with several teams at Dig Inn to support new partnerships and projects that promote growth.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client data, track sales activities, and prepare reports on growth progress.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and growth plans for Dig Inn's catering business and new sales building initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Work on cross-functional strategic projects with other teams to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Strong ownership and pride in your work - you aim for impact and you have a passion for results.
  • The ability to work at a strategic level, but you're equally as happy getting your hands dirty.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Must be willing to travel

Compensation

  • $60,000-70,000/year
  • Our salary ranges are rooted in the desire to pay competitively relative to our organization size and industry, reflecting just one part of the total compensation package
  • Individual compensation decisions are determined by factors that include current market location, skills-based qualifications, prior work experience, and balancing internal equity relative to other DIG employees.
