About the role

  • Inspects, tests, and adjusts malfunctioning components and parts.
  • Calibrates laboratory equipment to ensure safe and accurate operations, in line with standards and specifications.
  • Serves as customer contact on equipment and instruments related problems.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's/ Associate's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation or Chemistry preferred
  • 3 years related technical experience required
  • Experience in preventive maintenance, IQ/OQ/PV, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration to analytical instruments
  • HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
  • Analytical skills - Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
  • Fully bilingual preferred
  • Travels to customer site to provided services (installations, maintenance or calibrations).
  • Adapts equipment and technology to serve user needs.

Benefits
