Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and consistently demonstrate strong attention to detail
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of sales, marketing or customer service experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of annuity, insurance or investment products is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- experience with Salesforce a plus
