About the role
- The Retail Attendant for the Jackie Robinson Training Complex (JRTC) is responsible for selling JRTC merchandise at various events held at the complex.
- The historic facility, formerly known as Dodgertown, was renamed Jackie Robinson Training Complex in honor of its trailblazing namesake.

Responsibilities
- The Jackie Robinson Training Complex (JRTC), operated by Major League Baseball (MLB) located in Vero Beach, Florida, serves as a year-round hub for amateur development initiatives and events designed to diversify and strengthen the talent pipelines of baseball and softball.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Previous cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of attention to detail
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers and managers
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to lift, reach, kneel and bend
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
