o Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers
o Develop prospects into candidates.
o Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly check ins and candidate debriefs
o Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches
We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion.

o Bachelor's degree, or additional years of recruiting experience
o 3+ years of Recruiting experience to include Human Resources (HR4HR), Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing
o Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders.

o Sales and/or customer service experience
o Proficiency with Workday
o Combination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experience
o Demonstrated success in passively prospecting technical professionals using a variety of platforms and methods
o High volume recruiting experience
o Startup experience

Stock Options for all regular employees (working at least 20 hours/week)

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.

This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Blue Origin's Corporate Functions, which is comprised of Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Sales and Marketing.
