You will join our cross-functional Optimization team comprised of Data Scientists, Program Managers, Developers, and Producers.

Create compelling design variations for A/B tests across email, and Channel Digital surfaces.
Translate optimization hypotheses into visually precise test variants that rigorously maintain brand standards and design system.
Collaborate with Creatives, Producers, and Developers to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented across test environments.

Expert proficiency in Figma and Sketch, with a strong portfolio demonstrating product design and visual design work across digital products and communications.
Ability to produce polished presentation and communication assets, including executive slide decks, newsletters, and program announcements, with a strong eye for brand consistency.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Prior experience in a marketing analytics, growth, or experimentation environment.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Master's Degree or equivalent advanced study desirable.
