Responsibilities
- Optimize and improve the numerical solvers under the responsibility of the division.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to support the growth of team members in numerical solution methods.
Requirements
- Required knowledge: Strong knowledge of the dynamics and transient behavior of physical and electrical systems.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly explain the methods and algorithms being used, developed, or adapted.
- Ability to understand and balance the trade-offs between simulation accuracy and computational performance while considering real-time constraints and the physical limitations of the models.
- Strong knowledge of the dynamics and transient behavior of physical and electrical systems.
- French required.
- Good English skills are required for reading specialized/scientific books not available in French and the use of specialized software that exists only in English.
Skills
- Proficiency in at least three of the following technologies: MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Xilinx Vitis, Python.
