About the role
- DESRI seeks an individual with an excellent record of academic and professional achievement to join its team as a recruiter.
- This person will play a key role in our overall recruiting process and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on DESRI's growth and success in a dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.
Responsibilities
- You'll develop strategic recruitment plans, including putting together job specs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and monitoring a high volume of candidate interviews to help facilitate offer acceptances.
- You'll also proactively develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, propose and implement process improvements, and maintain clear data and documentation in our recruiting and Human Capital systems.
- You'll partner with colleagues to manage ad-hoc recruiting projects and our overall recruiting process.
- This role offers the opportunity to help drive operational excellence, lead and manage sourcing efforts, and develop and maintain DESRI's innovative recruiting strategy.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and three or more years of recruiting experience are required.

Nice to have
- Keen attention to detail, proven follow-through skills, well-developed written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units are all a plus.
Compensation
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.
