About the role

  • Title: Treatment Coordinator Practice: Midwest Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery Locations: Arnold, Missouri Hours: M, T & Th, F 7:30am -4pm.
  • Half Day Wed 7:30am - 12pm Position Purpose: The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in managing patient care treatment plans and ensuring that patients understand and proceed with their recommended treatment.

Responsibilities

  • This position involves patient interaction, detailed communication, and administrative support to facilitate smooth and effective patient care from diagnosis through treatment completion.
  • Develop and discuss payment plans for patients who require financial assistance.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and manage treatment-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalency, required.
  • Education:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in treatment coordination or patient care roles, is highly desirable.
  • Full understanding of surgical guide treatment from patient consultation to execution.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in healthcare.
