Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely case updates.
- Monitor and maintain clients' treatment progress.
- Manage attorneys' schedules efficiently, including client meetings, court appearances, and other appointments.
- Organize and maintain electronic case files within the firm's case management system.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of pre-litigation Personal Injury Case Manager experience.
- Candidates must have experience handling personal injury cases in the state of Texas or Ohio.
- Experience using case management software.
- You are a self-starter with strong resourcefulness and initiative.
- You are highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- You are committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
- You are tech-savvy and able to learn new software applications quickly.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
