About the role

  • What began as a handful of carts in NYC is now 100+ locations with a cult following across New York, DC, Boston, and London, and we're just getting started.
  • Add a Spark to the Ordinary… Baristas at Blank Street do a lot more than make drinks, they set the tone for the whole experience.
  • You'll be working with a tight-knit team that takes pride in what they do, serving a focused menu, making drinks the right way, and creating moments that keep people coming back.

Responsibilities

  • Passionate about coffee and/or matcha - you lead by example and share that enthusiasm with customers
  • Partner with our Operations and Marketing teams for events and promotions to expand our brand to new customers

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality, retail, or coffee
  • 18+ years of age
  • Part Time: 15-25 hours per week, 3 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • 15-25 hours per week, 3 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Compensation

  • $15k-$25k
