About the role
- Overview StoneCrest Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse, RN House Supervisor (Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing) to join the team in Detroit, MI.
- Our programming addresses behavioral and mental health concerns, as well as co-occurring substance use disorders (SUD).
- Safely administer medications, including behavioral health and detox protocols, with accurate documentation and controlled substance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing treatment plans throughout the continuum of care.
- Establish therapeutic, professional relationships while collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient recovery.

Requirements
- First Aid certification, as required by state or facility guidelines.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current, unrestricted RN license (or eligibility to practice) in the state of employment. At least one year of nursing experience
- behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment experience strongly preferred. Current CPR certification and willingness to complete de‑escalation and restraint training (provided upon hire, if needed). First Aid certification, as required by state or facility guidelines. Strong clinical judgment, attention to documentation, and the ability to remain calm and therapeutic in behavioral health settings.
