About the role
- We are looking for a Client Service Specialist in Lehigh Valley, PA to support the office's advisors and their clients, while also performing general administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive client service for the firm's clients and support for advisors.
- Update and maintain Service Team training guides as necessary
- Organize, scan, and maintain all client paperwork
- Consistently maintain a high standard of customer service
Requirements
- Associate's Degree, at a minimum
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an RIA firm or financial services field
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
- Intermediate finance and custodian knowledge
Nice to have
- Preferred experience with platform transitions in an RIA or financial services environment, including onboarding to legacy systems, supporting custodial or technology migrations, and operating within new platforms.
Skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of planning strategies and solutions
- Highly proficient in financial planning software and computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
- Competitive based salary
- Salary range for this role is $68,000-85,000
