About the role
- Crow's Bench is Schweitzer's Premier restaurant.
- Centered around alpine cuisine, where we make our food from scratch.
- Commis Cook (Line Cook) is responsible for executing specific or multiple line stations & their prep during service hours.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work with both the Back of House and Front of House teams.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
Skills
- General Knife Skills
- Food Safety
- License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification is preferred
- Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards.
- All sensory skills needed.
- There is a possibility of outdoor work during summer & shoulder seasons.
- Education/Related Experience:
- Minimum education required - English reading and writing
- Minimum time in a related position - Line Cook Experience Preferred
