About the role

- Budget Management: Project Superintendents work closely with project managers to manage the project's budget.
- Regulatory Compliance: They ensure that the construction project complies with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in construction, Experience as a construction foreman or in a similar supervisory role is beneficial.

- Familiarity with project budgeting and cost management is important for overseeing the financial aspects of the project.
- A valid driver's license is often required, as Superintendents may need to travel between construction sites.
Nice to have
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred or vocational or technical training in construction.
Skills
- Proficiency in reading blue prints, using drop box, scheduling software,Total Station and other relevant tools is often expected.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is often required, as Superintendents may need to travel between construction sites.
