Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for your territory
- Identify, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline collaborating with internal teams.
- Ability to build and execute an Account Plan to close net new logo opportunities in your assigned territory
Requirements
- Must be located in the Washington, D.C./Virginia (or surrounding) areas.

- Your portfolio will include leading brands in your territory that are ready to execute on an enterprise-grade Redis deployment.

Compensation
- Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
- The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $150,000- $165,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island.
- Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
- Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions.
