About the role
- PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for assembling boxes by hand and/or box machine; unloading unmade boxes from truck using forklift; and delivering to box room.
Responsibilities
- Perform lockout/tagout when performing light maintenance, cleanup and removing crushed boxes.
Skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
- Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Ability to follow directions and work in other departments as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Relative poultry industry experience.
- Basic math functions and skills.
