About the role

  • Work Schedule: 11:20 PM -7:30 AM Sun-Thurs
  • Starting Hourly Pay: $22.47/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Differential
  • Join our Operations Team to keep production moving smoothly!

Responsibilities

  • Continuous Improvement & Safety: Maintain 5S housekeeping standards, promote safety practices, and support facility recycling efforts.
  • We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
  • As a Material Handler, you will lead the movement of physical inventory, unload and load trailers, and perform digital inventory tracking to support overall site success.

Requirements

  • Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and adjust quickly to changing daily warehouse priorities.

Nice to have

  • Skills & Aptitude: Strong mathematical and technical aptitude with proficiency in computer data entry/ERP systems (MFG Pro preferred).
  • Preferred Experience

Skills

  • 3+ years in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse logistics.
  • Experience operating forklifts/material handling equipment.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles (ELS / 5S).
