About the role
- Work Schedule: 11:20 PM -7:30 AM Sun-Thurs
- Starting Hourly Pay: $22.47/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Differential

Responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement & Safety: Maintain 5S housekeeping standards, promote safety practices, and support facility recycling efforts.
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
- As a Material Handler, you will lead the movement of physical inventory, unload and load trailers, and perform digital inventory tracking to support overall site success.
Requirements
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and adjust quickly to changing daily warehouse priorities.
Nice to have
- Skills & Aptitude: Strong mathematical and technical aptitude with proficiency in computer data entry/ERP systems (MFG Pro preferred).
- Preferred Experience
Skills
- 3+ years in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse logistics.
- Experience operating forklifts/material handling equipment.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles (ELS / 5S).
