- Ensures adherence to all applicable policies and procedures, PPFA (Planned Parenthood Federation of America) & PPNNE (Planned Parenthood of Northern New England) standards, and state & federal regulations.
- Director of Clinical Care and Regional Clinical Directors oversee the quality of clinical care delivery.
- Candidates with can expect to earn between $63,000 - $72,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Leads and supports the team by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and creating a respectful, positive work environment.
- Supports staff development through training, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Builds relationships in the community to increase awareness of services and connect patients with care.
- Collaborative Work Environment - PPNNE upholds high workplace values and patient service standards, fostering respect, engagement, and teamwork to create the best experience for employees and patients alike.
- Successfully completes online Basic Life Support (BLS) certification course within three (3) months of hire (strongly preferred)
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required

Compensation
- Pay Range - for this position is based on years of relevant work experience. Candidates with can expect to earn between $63,000 - $72,000 per year.

- bachelor's degree in health care, business administration, or health care science, Registered nurse and or Telehealth experience (preferred)
- 3-5 years of relevant healthcare practice and supervisory leadership experience (strongly preferred) and/or progressive leadership development with demonstrated leadership acumen
