Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and manage test scripts and execute test plans for our tier 1 customer servers and storage platforms.
- Setup and maintain server and storage systems hardware and software applications.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer server and storage hardware, storage architecture, software applications, and operating systems to make sure we have what we need for qualification testing in our lab.
- Troubleshoot hardware or system related issues and perform first-level failure analysis on SSD drives that fail during qualification and drives returned for urgent field issues.

Requirements
- Experience in software or test development with hardware, firmware and storage background is required.
- Candidate must have a high understanding of enterprise server/storage hardware including storage area networks, storage architecture, Linux based operating systems, windows systems, and storage file systems.
- Bash scripting expertise required and Windows Batch scripting desirable.
- Experience with SAS/NVMe protocol analyzers is desirable.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize and complete simultaneous issues and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Compensation
- The expected salary for this position is $99,560.00 - $165,930.00.
