- This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integration activities following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment of systems, processes, and teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities.
Responsibilities
- Integration Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans for acquisition integration, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during integration.
- Process Optimization: Recommend and implement best practices for integration processes to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Develop and refine playbook for future acquisitions.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans for acquisition integration, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during integration.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in M&A or acquisition integration projects.
- This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate's qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- PMP certification preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

Compensation
- $ 110,000 - $130,000 Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position.
- This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate's qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
