Requirements
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to balance precision and big-picture thinking.
- Familiarity with failure analysis concepts, root cause analysis, and basic manufacturing principles.
- Comfort working with technical tools such as Excel, CAD, or statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
