About the role

  • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales, market share, and profitability objectives for the McWane Plant & Industrial product portfolio throughout the assigned territory.
  • As a key member of a rapidly growing business, the Regional Sales Manager will identify and capitalize on market opportunities, expand project influence, strengthen channel partnerships, and execute territory strategies that accelerate growth.

  • We will provide greater support for smoother delivery, cost-effective installation, and start-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in industrial, mechanical, waterworks, or related infrastructure markets.
  • Proven ability to grow a territory through new customer acquisition, channel development, project influence, and market share expansion.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
  • Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively prioritize opportunities and resources across a large and diverse geography.
  • This individual must be comfortable building new opportunities, developing sales channels, and driving organizational improvements that support long-term business growth.
  • Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the mechanical, industrial, waterworks, or related infrastructure markets.
  • Experience working with and influencing manufacturer representatives, distributors, contractors, engineers, municipalities, utilities, industrial facilities, or other key stakeholders throughout the Western U.S.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or construction-related discipline, such as Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
