Responsibilities

  • The role As an Applied AI Solutions Engineer, you'll report to the Head of AI Solutions & Success and own the full customer journey, from partnering with Account Executives to win enterprise deals, through implementation and deployment, and into the continued success and expansion of every agent we put into production.
  • In a single week you might scope a new integration, configure a signals agent, build a voice agent, wire up an automation flow, run a customer demo, write a one-pager, and lead a hands-on training.
  • You'll build and deploy at the intersection of AI, revenue performance, workforce enablement, and customer-experience automation.

Compensation

  • Compensation is structured as on-target earnings (OTE) with an 80/20 base to variable split.
  • The variable portion is tied to the revenue performance of the company, so the majority of your pay is stable while your upside grows directly with Alpharun.
