About the role

  • The Project Manager plays an integral role in our delivery organization by bringing structure, clarity, and control to complex Microsoft delivery engagements.
  • The role is accountable for successful client outcomes, predictable execution, financial control, and alignment to business value using Hitachi Solutions' delivery methodology.
  • The Project Manager will serve as a project delivery leader, bringing together cross-functional talent from delivery, architecture, functional, technical, offshore, PMO, and client teams.

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line project escalation support to the team, establishing accountability, coaching delivery behaviors, resolving conflicts, and helping address capability or execution gaps.

  • Leading or supporting Steering Committee governance, stage-gate readiness, executive status reporting, decision management, and value/outcome alignment as required by the delivery process.
  • Providing clear, transparent, action-oriented communication to customers and internal Hitachi Solutions stakeholders on progress, risks, decisions required, delivery challenges, and corrective actions.

Compensation

  • Pay Range*: $135,000.00 - $180,000.00 CAD
  • The current applicable Base Salary Pay Range for this role is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

  • In addition to Base Salary, the successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the following plans / programs, upon satisfying all hiring requirements:
