About the role

- Rather than independently leading complex engagements or managing client relationships, you reinforce the delivery systems that enable consistent execution and clear reporting.
Responsibilities
- When access limitations exist, TEECOM will support coordinating reasonable accommodations with site-controlling contractor or alternative means to perform essential job functions.
- You support clear coordination across scope, schedule, milestones, and action items.
- You help Team Leads, Group Leads, Project Supervisors, and Subtask PMs maintain visibility into project status, risks, and coordination needs.
- You reinforce consistent project organization that supports predictable delivery.
- Team Lead review.
- You maintain accurate project tracking data and current reporting.
- You reduce rework and support team coordination through clear documentation.
- You apply this awareness to improve the accuracy and relevance of your project tracking, documentation, and coordination support.
- You maintain organized, decision-ready tracking and documentation that keeps project data reliable.
- You provide Team Leads with clear visibility into project status, upcoming milestones, and emerging risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, document control, operations support, or within an AEC-related environment.
- These physical demands represent what is required to perform the essential functions of this job.
- All accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions must be reported immediately to the site superintendent and internally to People Operations.
Nice to have
- Foundational understanding of project delivery concepts, including scope, schedule, and documentation workflows.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, VantagePoint, MS Project, and Procore.
- Familiarity with GitHub documentation workflows preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, or CDT certification is a plus but not required.
- PRINCE2 Foundation preferred.
- Prolonged desk work using a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
- Regular reading, writing, and communication in virtual and in-person settings.
